We aerate your lawn then mow it low to stimulate growth and allow water to penetrate to the root system. Sometimes lawns have a build up of dead grass stems, or thatch, that we need to remove. We often put a “new edge” on the lawn, removing sod that has encroached into bedding areas. Cleaning out gutters is a service that we provide as well as cleaning off roofs.
Controlling weeds is an ongoing battle, so we also apply a pre-emergent to bedding areas to inhibit their growth. A fresh layer of mulch added to your bedding areas will also help with this, as well as retaining moisture for your bedding plants. Not to mention a freshly installed bark looks beautiful. Spring is a great time to have us prune your shrubs and remove lower branches of trees. And let's not forget about the pinecones and needles that need to be raked up…and hauled off.
